Agreement before access

Frequently asked
Which systems do you work with?
Common small-business tools: POS and inventory systems such as Lightspeed, Shopify or Square, online stores such as Ecwid or Shopify, plus the email, booking and accounting tools around them. If you're not sure whether yours fits, ask. The first conversation answers that.
Do I have to switch to new software?
No. We build on what you already pay for. If a tool isn't worth keeping, we'll say so and show why, and the decision is yours.
How much does it cost?
Each piece is quoted at a fixed price before any work starts. You only pay for what you choose, and the final payment is due after your team has signed off.
Where does AI come in?
Where it saves real work: drafting product descriptions, posts and customer messages, summarising sales and stock, flagging what needs attention. A person reviews anything customer-facing or legal. We don't sell "fully automatic".
Will you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a limited user in each system, and you can remove that access at any moment without giving a reason. When the project ends, access is removed.
Can we work in Chinese?
Yes. We work in English and Mandarin, and manuals come in both English and Chinese.
